Contact information

By providing me with your contact information, including your email address and/or phone number, you are permitting me to use this information in a way that will allow me to provide you with the services and/or products you requested.

I will not share your contact information with anyone except in the case where it is required to deliver what you have purchased.

Purchases and refunds

All services and products (offerings) must be paid for in full before access is provided unless otherwise agreed upon during the purchase.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis if they are made in writing within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the purchase. Review of the request can take up to 3 (three) business days. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original method of payment only. Once the refund is completed, the time it takes for the funds to be available in your account is determined by the processor (Stripe/PayPal) and your financial institution.

Refunds on digital downloads will not be considered.

Intellectual Property

All content is created by Jerri Miller of JerriLM LLC DBA EverydayScribe and is copyrighted by the same. Content provided in books, ebooks, courses, blog posts, and Virtual Chats is available for individual personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared in any way, except in limited cases under the provision of fair use, without written permission from the publisher.


Though the terms “coaching” and “coach” are generally not used throughout the website, collateral, or content, many of the offerings within, including, but not limited to, Virtual Chats, eBooks, and downloads could be defined as coaching products. Coaching, or these offerings, are not advice, therapy, or counseling. Coaching cannot replace therapy. I am not a licensed therapist or a certified coach.

You acknowledge that these offerings could bring up feelings of sadness, grief, anger, frustration, annoyance, etc. and you agree that you will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you (or anyone else on your behalf) in the event of mental, physical, emotional, or financial stress or distress caused indirectly or directly in relation to any of the coaching offerings. You will indemnify and hold me harmless of any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, from your active or passive participation in any coaching offerings.

Virtual Chat Sessions

All chat sessions will be electronic based (text or voice notes) so there will be no set appointment sessions for the duration of the time we work together. All messages received during the agreed upon Virtual Chat timeframe will be responded to within 1 (one) business day. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal United States holidays) from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm central time. Any messages received after 5:00 pm and before 9:00 am on a weekday will be considered to be on the next business day. Messaged received after 5:00 pm on Friday will be considered to be on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.

Any deviations from that schedule will be communicated clearly in advance unless it is an emergency situation.

Your time will be determined by the package purchased and will begin on the first business day of your access. For example: If you purchase a Virtual Chat package on Saturday, and you get access to the Chat room on Saturday, your time will not officially begin until Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). After that, the time will be determined by calendar days. For example: If you purchase a 14-day Virtual Chat package, you will have access for 14 calendar days from your official start date.

At the end of your package, you will no longer be able to post messages or receive responses, but you will have access to your Chat Room for a term of no less than 6 (six months). If at the end of your package, you wish to continue working with me, you will need to purchase a new package.

The prices of the Virtual Chat packages are on the invitation page for the offering and must be paid in full before the sessions begin.

Rescheduling Chats

If something comes up during your Virtual Chat package that prevents you from participating in your scheduled time, please contact me and let me know as soon as possible. I will work with you as much as possible to pause your package and restart it when you are available. Only the time remaining on your package will be eligible to be rescheduled. You can only pause 1 (one) time per package.

If I do not hear from you after the initial welcome, I will attempt to engage with you 2 (two) times to encourage the use of your package. If I still do not hear from you, I will assume your package has been forfeited. No refund will be considered in this scenario.


All matters discussed between us will remain fully private and confidential.

I keep and dispose of your records in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri in the United States.
